With you acting as a reseller, you can set your own prices and command a significant margin since local competitors are so much more expensive. The order process involves the following steps:

1)      Customer orders a painting from you and pays you

2)      You place the order with Linden Alley

3)      We’ll ship the painting either to you or directly to your customer, your choice

How much can I charge? This is completely up to you. One good benchmark is to look at fees by local art studios in your area. Often times their quality won’t be as high as Linden Alley’s, yet their prices much higher. Linden Alley works with artists in Asia who are extremely talented yet work at lower wages compared to Western countries. We pass those cost savings on to you.

Why hand-made and not printed? You may have heard about services that will use computers to print a photograph digitally altered to look like an oil painting. Given this sometimes cheaper alternative, why still choose the hand-made method like Linden Alley? It’s simple: the customer is investing in a piece of art. Get it hand-made by an artist the same way all the great masterpieces were done. Computer-generated or printed works won’t have that classic feel. Also, prints will lose color over the years, oil on canvas won’t.
